The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) has issued Escudilla Mountain DWID the Approval to Construct Certificate. ADEQ requested some modification to the plans and the updated plans are under the News & Notices tab.
This is another completed step for the EMDWID to get the Standpipe up and running. The next step is to obtain financing from WIFA. The hope is for our application to be on their December 9, 2025 agenda. Once that is approved then we will Advertise for Bids.
