The Conditional Use Permit application to use Lot 53 for the standpipe location was approved by the Apache County Board of Supervisors.
The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) has issued Escudilla Mountain DWID the Approval to Construct Certificate. ADEQ requested some modification to the plans and the updated plans are under the "Resources" tab.
The Federal Programs Committe and the WIFA Board of Directors both agreed to the $550,000 loan with $337,500 forgiveable principal. Great News for our DWID.
