Due to several things still playing out for much of March we are postponing the District Board Meeting until Saturday April,11 at 11am.
At the April meeting we hope to have the results of the Conditional Use Permit, possibly start the bid process, make a Call of Election, discuss Lot 53 sale to the district, and set a hearing date for next year’s budget. This should be a very productive meeting towards our immediate goal of getting the standpipe operational. Thanks for understanding and we will see you in April.
The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) has issued Escudilla Mountain DWID the Approval to Construct Certificate. ADEQ requested some modification to the plans and the updated plans are under the News & Notices tab.
The Federal Programs Committe and the WIFA Board of Directors both agreed to the $550,000 loan with $337,500 forgiveable principal. Great News for our DWID.
