This is a flat annual assessment for all property owners within the Escudilla Mountain Domestic Water Improvement District (EMDWID). Once the standpipe is up and running each property owner will be able to access 36,000 gallons of water per year. The access to the standpipe is only available for those property owners who are members of the EMDWID and who have paid their Infrastructure / Standpipe Fee of $1,000.
