Bill Payment

Escudilla Mountain DWID offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

At the Public Hearing the Board of Directors adopted a $1000 Standpipe Infrastructure / Access Fee per parcel to be paid over the next two years. The payment options are listed on your invoice. The following is a list of payment methods.

Payment By Mail

You may pay by check or money order through the mail. Please mail to Escudilla Mountain DWID at PO Box 371, Nutrioso, AZ 85932-0371. Please make sure that either the property owner’s last name,  parcel or account number is on the check.  BMO has requested that the check or money order reads “Escudilla Mountain Domestic Water Improvement District”.  No “DWID” abbreviations please.

Payment at the Bank

Deposits may be made at any BMO bank branch.  They no longer use deposit slips and we can no longer view who makes the deposit on their online banking platform or their monthly statements.  When you receive your receipt please write your name on the receipt and take a photo and send it to Lorie at 602-570-5591. The BMO account number for the Escudilla Mountain DWID is 079675344.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank’s website).  Normally, these services debit the customer’s checking or savings account to pay the bill.  Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service.  Please consult with your bank for more information.  A test was done from Bank of America to BMO.  It took 10 days to post to the Escudilla Mountain DWID account.  Bank of America did not have enough spaces to type the whole name so “Escudilla Mountain DWID” was used. The address when setting up the Bill Pay is Escudilla Mountain DWID PO Box 371 Nutrioso, AZ 85932-0371.

Send money with Zelle

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via Zelle  (through your bank’s website).  Normally, these services debit the customer’s checking or savings account to pay the bill.  Zelle does not charge a fee to send or receive money.  Check with your financial institution to see if they charge a fee for the service.   A test was done from Bank of America to BMO.  The transfer was instant. You will need to post to Escudilla Mountain DWID (again not enough room to spell out the whole name) and an email. The associated email address is lorie.knobbe@gmail.com.   Some banks will ask who a signer on the account is and that would be David W. Knobbe. This is the most efficient means of sending your payment.  It is almost immediate and BMO records the name of the depositor.
